Amazing
"I get so emotional when I think of how blessed I am to have met James Quigg at Dr. Sarwahi's office, when my daiughter was diagnosed with scoliosis. Throughout the process of making her brace, James showed genuine care and empathy towards my daughter's well-being. He took the time to understand her concerns and ensured that she felt comfortable and supported. James is very professional and respectful, he kept me informed at every step, answered our millions of questions, provided us with resources, guidance, and reassurance, which truly made the experience positive and empowering for my daughter and I. He adjusted her brace to optimize its functionality and comfort and I am incredibily grateful for his dedication and expertise. James Quigg and his team have left a lasting impression on our family, because of their commitment to quality, compassion, and personalized care. Also, their spotless office is just the cherry on top. "

When designing her brace, James demonstrated in- depth knowledge and experience. Throughout the process, he took the time to understand her concerns, showed genuine care, empathy, and ensured that she felt comfortable and supported. He provided us with resources, guidance, and reassurance, making the experience positive and empowering for us. He kept us informed at every step, listened to our feedback, and made adjustments as needed. I am incredibly grateful for his dedication and expertise. Jamie, is so sweet and understanding of my hectic schedule and works really hard to always give me appointments that fit my schedule. I appreciate both immensely!"

"Being here at Prothotic labs is always an exceptional experience the girls at reception area are always so cheerful, compassionate understanding each clients needs.. it’s amazing to watch how they adapt to each client seamlessly and affectionately. As for Charlie there is just no other he is beyond amazing with his creativity and gentleness.. the atmosphere is exceptionally clean and relaxing..
